Is it a good idea to extend the lives of serious criminals so drastically?

Suppose we were all already ageless. Very few people who support the rule of law would consider it justified to invent aging and thereby sentence criminals to decades of decline in a cell and a slow, painful death. This could easily be called torture and is roughly comparable to denying criminals clean drinking water and parasite-free food.

Amnesty International regards health care as a human right. Rejuvenation therapies are a form of health care. In this respect, providing rejuvenation therapies to criminals as well will in the future be a basic requirement for fulfilling our obligations under human rights treaties.
